    C. Bud Stockton was the founder of Stockton Real Estate. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and his masters from Sam Houston State University. Bud got his real estate license in 1956 while still in the Houston area. In 1968 he opened Stockton Real Estate on the square in Georgetown. Bud served as the President of the Williamson County Board of Realtors and worked in real estate right up to his last day with us.

    Stockton Real Estate is one of the oldest active and independently owned real estate companies in northern Williamson County.

    I am married to Jeff and work part-time in the office. I stay at home with our three children; J.B. (Jeffery Bud), Jordan and Jett. What a blessing and privilege it is.

    I received my Bachelors from NWOSU in Mass Communications. After graduation, I interned in Tennessee for the Family Inns of America. Having always wanted to be a Texan since my grandparents transplanted, I moved to the Texas coast.

    I have a background in chamber of commerce and tourism. I also worked for Del Webb's Sun City Georgetown in the Public Relations Department prior to groundbreaking and then transferred to the Community Association in the Communications Department.

    It has been wonderful to see the positive and fruitful changes that have evolved in this close community. Jarrell is an open door for growth with an excellent outlook for her future.

    Jeff was brought up in a real estate business family and learned about honesty, ethics and negotiating from the best – C. Bud Stockton. Bud believed we should always be learning, so Jeff obtained the first part of his realtor’s license at 14, completed his real estate license at the age of 18, graduated with a Finance degree from Texas State University, and obtained his broker’s license at age 23. Raised here in Jarrell and Georgetown, Jeff knows northern Williamson County. He understands that whether you are buying or selling land you are making a very important decision and he will give you his honest opinion.

    JB was raised in Jarrell and graduated high school in Salado. He is currently a double major in Marketing and Finance with a minor in International Relations at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton, TX. JB recently earned his real estate license and understands the weight of his involvement in real estate transactions. He is hard-working, loyal, honest, and active in the surrounding community doing volunteer work with the Helping Hands Food Pantry, Special Olympics, and Vacation Bible Study.

    In college, he is an officer of the American Marketers Association (AMA), and a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society.
