    Jeff was brought up in a real estate business family and learned about honesty, ethics and negotiating from the best – C. Bud Stockton. Bud believed we should always be learning, so Jeff obtained the first part of his realtor’s license at 14, completed his real estate license at the age of 18, graduated with a Finance degree from Texas State University, and obtained his broker’s license at age 23. Raised here in Jarrell and Georgetown, Jeff knows northern Williamson County. He understands that whether you are buying or selling land you are making a very important decision and he will give you his honest opinion.

    Community Involvement:
    *Drew the city limit lines for the City of Jarrell when we incorporated in 2001
    *Served on the first city council
    *Instrumental and hands-on in the construction of the Jarrell Sewer Plant and Jarrell Police Department.
    *Helped establish ESD#5 (our emergency services district)
    *One of the first commissioners appointed by the County to serve on the ESD#5
    *Past Board of Directors for the Jarrell-Schwertner Water Supply Corporation
    *Past Member Jarrell Road Committee
    *Current Board Director of the Lone Star Regional Water Authority

    C. Bud Stockton
    (namesake of the 6-lane CR 306 overpass in Jarrell)

    C. Bud Stockton was the founder of Stockton Real Estate. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and his masters from Sam Houston State University. Bud got his real estate license in 1956 while still in the Houston area. In 1968 he opened Stockton Real Estate on the square in Georgetown. Bud served as the President of the Williamson County Board of Realtors and worked in real estate right up to his last day with us.

    Stockton Real Estate is one of the oldest active and independently owned real estate companies in northern Williamson County.
