Sonterra is a mixed use development with approximately 1200 acres of residential and 60 acres of I-35 frontage for commercial/retail use. The facility has 80 parking spots for large trucks and feature amenities for truck drivers such as Internet connections, showers and a game room.
Opened April 2009 ~ CEFCO Gas C-Store north of the Flying J opened up in a 15,000 sq ft space which also includes a Subway sandwich shop.
Future: Best Western, Super S Foods, Ace Hardware, Taqueria el Mexicano Grill (currently 10 Central Texas locations), and coin operated laundry.
New home are available and participating builders include D.R. Horton, Majestic Homes, Barnes Homebuilders, Scott Builders, Scott Custom Homes and Golden Crest Homes.
These sites are ready to go with ample water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and electricity. No zoning or city permits required.
